A working session, not a pitch. We look at a workflow you actually want automated, tell you whether it is a good first candidate, and sketch what delivering it would involve. Bring the messy one rather than the tidy one.

Forty-five minutes is normal. If the workflow is complicated we will book a second session rather than rush it.

The person who owns the process and, if you have one, an engineer who knows the systems it touches. You do not need an ML specialist.

No slides. If you can describe the workflow and roughly how often it runs, that is enough to have a useful conversation.

We will tell you if we think the workflow is a bad fit or that you should build it yourself. That happens often enough to be worth saying.

A written scope with a quality bar and a price, or an honest note that we are not the right people. Either way you get something useful out of the call.

Typically within a week or two of a scope being agreed. First delivery is usually a small batch so you can check the output before volume ramps.

The session is free. Implementation is a fixed-scope fee quoted in writing before any work begins, so there is no open-ended meter running.

Come anyway. Most teams are further from a decision than they admit, and an honest scoping conversation is more useful than another demo video.
